1 General Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ik999 platform ("ik999", "Platform", "we") and you ("User", "Member"). By using the ik999.cam website or any related applications, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Account Suspension and Closure

ik999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or use of a third party's identity. In such cases, withdrawals may be held pending verification of the balance.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit

The currently approved payment methods at ik999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; such transactions may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

3.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. That means a ৳1,000 bonus becomes withdrawable after placing ৳25,000 in wagers.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• After the bonus is activated, the wagering requirement must be completed within a set time limit; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 VIP Cashback

Regular weekly cashback is available across ik999's three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression from one tier to a higher tier is based on regular play and account activity.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If a user attempts to abuse bonuses or gain bonus benefits through fraudulent means (such as claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts or coordinated betting), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
